Charity Commission revised guidance on conflicts of interest

The Charity Commission has published revised guidance for charity trustees on conflicts of interest.

Improperly handled conflicts of interest have been a frequent issue across the Commission’s casework, and the guidance has been designed to improve general levels of understanding and to be clearer about what is expected of charities and their trustees.
